This is a 2-bedroom duplex villa (a duplex is essentially a small villa, with all of the accommodation on one level, with a similar property underneath, set one above the other on the hillside). It is just a 3 minute stroll to the award-winning Burriana Beach, a long stretch of sandy beach, with a great selection of beach front shops, cafes and restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk into the charming centre of Nerja, and its many bars, restaurants and shops.

There is one double and one twin bedded room, each with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and vanity unit / wash basin and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet with wash basin. The living room has comfortable 3 and 2-seater sofas, with Cable TV, Radio, VCR, DVD and CD player and a dining area with table and chairs. There is heating provided for the winter months. The fully fitted kitchen is a good size, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob.

Off the lounge there is a south-facing sun terrace with sea views, and comes complete with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is also parking outside the property, and there are just a few steps up from the road.
