This group of four villas is situated close to the Capistrano Playa development and are just a 5-minute walk from Burriana Beach. They are each furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, and have all the modern facilities you would expect in a villa of this standard.

The entrance to Dos Ardillas is via a few steps to an entrance hall, from which a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor. Here you will find a cloakroom/WC, a living/dining room and the fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and all the usual electrical appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

From the living area, patio doors lead onto a large terrace with sea views, and there is also a staircase leading onto the roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views, taking in both the sea and the surrounding mountains.
Going downstairs from the entrance hall you reach the 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors which open out onto the pool and terrace area. There are also two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom.

The villa has all the modern facilities such as Satellite TV (limited channels), wireless internet connection, CD and DVD player, safe (extra charge), barbecue and fans. There is also air conditioning providing both cooling and heating, which has an extra charge of £50 per week, except in July & August when it is included.
