Also on this level is the spacious living/dining area which leads out onto a large terrace overlooking the pool, with patio furniture, sunbeds and views to the sea and mountains.

The villa has all the modern facilities such as Satellite TV (limited channels), CD and DVD player, safe (extra charge) and fans. It has air conditioning on each floor, which also provides heating for the winter months (£30 per week extra). It is situated within a quiet gated development. Car parking is available nearby (via steps).
