This charming 3 bedroom semi-detached house has been well-maintained in the traditional Andalucian style, whilst also benefiting from modern luxuries such as air conditioning and a dishwasher. Casa Noreen has a spacious living room and dining room, which both open out onto a large terrace with sea views, complete with table and chairs – the perfect place to dine or simply to sit and enjoy the sun. From here, some steps lead down to the walled garden, which has a gate leading directly to the swimming pools.

The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, both leading out onto a second terrace with magnificent views of Capistrano Village and the sea. The third twin bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, is reached from the garden, meaning that two families can stay together but still have some privacy. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in the hot summer months.

The upstairs bathroom has a double basin and both this and the ensuite have baths with overhead showers. There is also a separate WC downstairs. The house is particularly well equipped for young children, having a cot and highchair, as well as stair gates.
