Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally situated private complex very close to Nerja's Torrecilla Beach, one of two beaches in Nerja to have been awarded a Blue Flag. The Torrecilla Beach area is fast becoming as popular as that of Burriana Beach, with the added advantage of only being a few minutes' stroll from the town centre itself. There is an abundance of good bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as some excellent shops.

The Fuentes development itself ('fuente' means 'fountain') is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with gardens, fountains and a large communal pool. Each building is served by a lift, making it suitable for children, the elderly or the disabled, although there is no wheelchair access as such.

The accommodation is made up of a double master bedroom, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a further shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped having an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The spacious dinning/lounge area has 2 sofas and a dining area with seating for 4. Leading from the lounge is a sunny terrace with side sea views, a small table and chairs, and a small garden area.
