This bright and modern apartment is on the frontline of the award-winning Burriana Beach. It has a very large 80m2 south-facing terrace which has fantastic views to the sea and mountains, and enjoys virtually uninterrupted sun from dawn til dusk.

Burriana Beach itself offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops, and is also within a 15 minute walk of Nerja's charming town centre. On-street car parking is available nearby and there is also allocated underground parking for one vehicle.

The apartment has two bedrooms - a master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom, plus a further shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and also a washing machine.

The apartment has an open plan living/dining room with two comfortable sofas, Satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD player and Hi Fi. The living room opens out onto the sunny terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outside dining area. With views over Burriana Beach, the sea and surrounding area it is a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, eat and perhaps take a glass of sangria, as the sun goes down.
