This second floor apartment is on the frontline of the award-winning Burriana Beach. Its south-facing terrace has fantastic views to the sea and mountains, and enjoys virtually uninterrupted sun from dawn til dusk.

Burriana Beach itself offers a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops, and is also within a 15 minute walk of Nerja's charming town centre. Car parking is available nearby and there is a lift in the building.

The apartment has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes - one double and one twin bedroom. There is a full bathroom plus a further shower room, and the kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and also a washing machine.

The apartment has an open plan living/dining room that opens out onto a terrace equipped with patio furniture, which overlooks Burriana Beach, the sea and surrounding area - a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, eat and perhaps take a glass of sangria, as the sun goes down.
