Alminares is one of 3 detached villas, each with their own land, situated in a spectacular location just 5 minutes drive to the beach, and 10 minutes drive to the centre of Nerja. Up on the hillside above the Punta Lara development, these houses are set on their own with stunning panoramic views of both the mountains and the coast. This is the perfect location for a quiet holiday away from it all, whilst having the beach and shops etc within easy reach.
Villa Alminares was the original house on the land and is the largest of the three. On entering the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, full oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and the typical electrical appliances, toaster, kettle, etc. From here you access the large lounge and dining area that has windows at each end – one side looking to the sea and the other to the mountains. The bedrooms are situated downstairs, 2 twin rooms that share a full bathroom and a double room with en-suite bathroom. There is room for up to two extra beds in one of the twin rooms, making this property suitable for two families sharing.
Outside there is a very spacious covered terrace area with a built-in brick barbecue, and from here you can access the large private swimming pool, gardens and private parking area.
The living area is well-equipped with satellite TV (limited UK Channels), CD Player and DVD Player and there are fans and heaters in the property.
A car is necessary when staying at this villa and please note that the last 100m of access to the property is along an unmade road – however this is perfectly passable in a normal hire car.
