La Salailla is one of 3 detached villas, each with their own land, situated in a spectacular location just 5 minutes drive to the beach, and 10 minutes drive to the centre of Nerja. Up on the hillside above the Punta Lara development, these houses are set on their own with stunning panoramic views of both the mountains and the coast. This is the perfect location for a quiet holiday away from it all, whilst having the beach and shops etc within easy reach.
La Salailla is an attractive, bungalow style property with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms, and has spectacular views over the mountains and to the sea from the roof terrace.
Inside the property is comfortably furnished with a light and airy lounge/diner with 3 patio doors leading on to the large garden and pool area where there are wonderful views. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine.
The living area is well-equipped with satellite TV (limited UK Channels), CD Player and DVD Player and there are fans and heaters in the property. There is a sofa-bed in the living room meaning that the property can accommodate up to 5 people.
A car is necessary when staying at this villa and please note that the last 100m of access to the property is along an unmade road – however this is perfectly passable in a normal hire car.
