Set up away from the road this apartment enjoys a peaceful location in the popular development of San Juan de Capistrano, just a few minutes’ drive from the town and beaches.
The apartment comprises of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with built-in wardrobes. There is also a newly-refurbished bathroom with overhead shower. The living/dining area is open-plan and comes with seating for 4, Satellite TV (English channels), DVD player and CD player. An archway leads to the newly-refurbished kitchen, which is well-equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and toaster. The double bedroom and living area lead onto a large south-facing terrace with table and chairs, making this the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views over the town, sea and mountains. A spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace where there is a brick-built BBQ and sunloungers – an ideal place to sunbathe in privacy.
San Juan de Capistrano itself has all the facilities you would need for your holiday including communal swimming pools surrounded by gardens, supermarket, games room and a selection of bars and restaurants. The town centre and beaches are only 5 minutes’ drive away, and there is plenty of on-road parking near the apartment (but please note that there are several flights of stairs up from the road to the apartment, so this is not suitable for people with limited mobility). Nerja town centre can also be reached by a bus service from San Juan.
