Villa Azahara is a 4 bedroom Spanish-style villa that enjoys a wonderful position above Burriana Beach. It is situated in the Chimenea residential area of Nerja, close to the Capistrano Playa development.

The villa was built in the 1980s and retains many of the original fixtures and fittings in very good condition, giving a certain 'retro' style to the house.

The main house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is all on one floor. The villa is entered via a pretty Andalucian-style patio and leading off the entrance hall are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a small cloakroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with double sink and bath with overhead shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a full bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Down a couple of steps from the entrance hall is the open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which has windows along the whole wall making it a lovely light and spacious area. The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven. A door from the lounge leads directly onto a large terrace with lovely sea views. The terrace has patio furniture for al-fresco dining, retractable sun blinds and is gated for children's safety.

A series of 20 steps go down from the terrace through the terraced garden to reach the large private pool, sun loungers and BBQ area. Half-way down the steps is the entrance to the 4th bedroom, which is below the main house. This is a double bedroom with a shower room, which also houses the washing machine.

There are wonderful views across the Capistrano Playa valley to the sea and Burriana Beach from the large private pool and garden area. As the villa is situated in a cul-de-sac of private villas there is private parking both outside and inside the grounds.

The villa has all the modern facilities such as Satellite TV (limited channels), CD and DVD player, and fans.
