Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Also on this level is the spacious living/dining area which leads out onto a large terrace overlooking the pool, with patio furniture, sunbeds and views to the sea and mountains.

The villa has all the modern facilities such as Satellite TV (limited channels), CD and DVD player, safe and fans. It has air conditioning on each floor, which also provides heating for the winter months. This villa is situated within a quiet gated development. Car parking is available nearby (via steps).
