How can I pay and when is my balance due?

You can pay with credit / debit cards and by cheque, which should be made payable to 'The Away Company Ltd TTA Trust a/c'. The balance should be sent 10 weeks before your holiday.

Are towels and linen provided?

Yes, when you arrive there will be fresh towels and linen. If you are staying longer than one week, both towels and linen will be changed at the end of the week. In some properties, the towels are also changed mid-week.

What time can we go into the property on our first day?

We ask you not to arrive before 4pm, to allow time for cleaning between guests, but if there is nobody immediately preceding you, we can make arrangements for you to enter the property earlier in the day.

What time do we have to vacate the property on our last day?

We ask you to leave the property by 10am, unless there are no guests immediately following you in. If you have late flight and would like to leave later than 10am, please contact us to see if it is possible.

Do I have to collect keys when I'm in Nerja?

It depends on which property you are going to. You will either be posted keys before your departure or you will be provided with full details of how to pick up keys locally in Nerja.

Do you recommend car hire?

From experience, it is advantageous to have a car, as there are many places around Nerja worth visiting. However we can arrange an airport transfer for you if you wish, and there is also an efficient local bus service within Nerja. Find out more about car hire from Malaga Airport.

Is there an iron and ironing board in the villa?

All our properties have ironing facilities.

Will my property have a washing machine?

Most of our properties do; please enquire at time of booking.

Do the properties have BBQs?

Most of the properties have a BBQ. Please enquire at the time of booking if this is important to you.

What is the weather like in Nerja?

Nerja has a generally warm and sunny climate with maximum temperatures around 18°C in winter and around 30°C in summer. There can, of course, be cloudy days and rain, particularly in the winter months. Find out more about the Weather in Nerja.

Who do I contact if there is a problem?

Before you depart, we supply the name, address and telephone number of our local management agent and also supply a list of emergency numbers, for police, doctor etc. You can always contact us if there continues to be a problem.

How do I find the property?

We will provide you with easy to follow driving directions from Malaga Airport to Nerja, as well as a map of Nerja detailing the route to your property.
