Villa Alminares is situated in a spectacular location just 5 minutes drive to the beach, and 10 minutes drive to the centre of Nerja. Up on the hillside above the Punta Lara development, the villa has stunning panoramic views of both the mountains and the coast. The villa is a basic yet comfortable country style property enjoying the peace of the countryside but within easy access of the beach and all amenities.

On entering the villa there is a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops. From here you access the large lounge and the dining area which has patio doors at each end with lovely views. The bedrooms are situated downstairs, two twin rooms that share a full bathroom and a large Kingsize bedroom with ensuite bathroom. One of the twin rooms is large and has space for an extra bed.

Outside there is a spacious covered terrace area with a built.in brick barbecue. From the terrace one can access the large private swimming pool, gardens with lawned area and private parking.

Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free Wifi, TV with international channels and air-conditioning in living room and master bedroom. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (11.35m x 4.9m and 1.3 - 2.65 m depth), barbecue, outside furniture and 6 sunbeds.

Situated in an elevated position above the Punta Lara area of Nerja, the villa is approached by a good concrete road to within 100 metres of the house when the road becomes a track, however this is perfectly passable in a normal hire car. A car is necessary when staying at this villa.
