With plenty of car parking nearby and all facilities within 50-100 metres, and overlooking as it does El Capistrano’s famous fountain and fish pond, Casa Violetas probably enjoys one of the very best locations in this prime development.
The master bedroom has a large sun terrace with views of both sea and mountains, with the second bedroom also opening out onto this terrace. The third bedroom is downstairs and opens out onto the patio garden. There is a separate dining and living area with Smart TV, whilst the kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker etc. There is also free Wifi internet access.
