Casa Natalia is a charming 3-bedroom villa commanding prime position in a small development just above Burriana Beach. This villa is in an excellent location just a few minutes' walk to the beach where a wide variety of beach-front shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The route into town, past the Parador Hotel, is a pleasant walk, with further numerous shops and restaurants along the way. If you don't want to rent a car then Casa Natalia is in absolutely the ideal location for both beach and town.

The villa has three bedrooms upstairs - a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. There is also a modern family bathroom on this level, and a WC on the ground floor. A sunny terrace with sea and mountain views leads off the two main bedrooms.

These three large bedrooms combine with an extremely roomy living and dining area to give plenty of living space within which to eat, read or just relax.

The exceptionally large main sun terrace, which leads off the main living area, possesses marvelous views of both the sea and the mountains, and comes equipped with sun loungers, barbeque, table and chairs. The kitchen comes well-equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is satellite TV and Wifi internet access in the property, as well air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

The communal swimming pool is just opposite the villa and is shared with only 5 other villas and is open from April to October (inclusive). Please note that access to and from the beach is via a long flight of steps or a fairly short steep hill and then steps down to the house, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Please be aware that from where you can park a car/ be left by a taxi there is a steep flight of steps to reach the development (see photo).
