Villa Encanto

Villa Encanto is a newly refurbished town house style villa in the lovely La Hacienda community, great for families with children. The villa is accessed via the secured, communal courtyard gardens where there is a stunning communal pool.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a further WC.On the ground floor, there is the small twin bedroom with two small single beds (80cm x 180cm), a WC and then the open plan kitchen and living area. This living room opens out to the spectacular private terrace with stunning views over Burriana Beach and your very own private plunge pool.

Upstairs there is another twin bedroom with two full size single beds and its balcony, a shared shower room with WC and then the master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower, From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views to the sea and over the town. Stairs in the hallway between these 2 bedrooms lead up to a roof terrace with splendid views.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and fridge-freezer. The villa has a washing machine, ironing facilities and benefits from air-conditioning in all rooms as well as high speed wifi throughout.

As for the location? You’re less than 5 minute walk to the sea from famous Burriana Beach, Carabeo Beach as well as only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Nerja.
