Situated in a quality residential area above Burriana Beach, the Apartments Chimenea are a complex of just 32 high quality 2 bedroom apartments in 3 low rise buildings. The three buildings are built around a central communal pool and terrace area. The pool is a sizeable 10 metres x 4.5 metres with depths ranging from 0.9 to 1.46 metres and surrounded by large terraces, and the pool is open all year round.

Burriana beach is a 10-minute walk downhill from the apartments or you can drive if you prefer, and the centre of Nerja is a 5 minute drive away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. There are supermarkets within a short drive or 10-minute walk.

We have 3 apartments for rental in the complex all of which are fitted and furnished to a very high standard and facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free Wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the secured, underground car park. There is also a lift to apartments in block C.

This second (top) floor apartment has wonderful sea views from its spacious terrace. Inside one enters the living accommodation into an open plan fitted kitchen area leading to a dining and living area which has a sofa and comfortable armchair. From the dining section there is a small hallway leading to a large family bathroom with walk in shower and the 2 bedrooms. The airy, light master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. From both the master bedroom and lounge sliding patio doors lead on to the private terrace. The second bedroom is compact but still has plenty of room for twin beds and wardrobe.
