A recently refurbished detached villa in an imposing, yet quiet, location in the principal Capistrano development of El Capistrano Village. There is car parking immediately outside the villa, and the communal swimming pools, restaurant, bar and shop are a few minutes' walk away.

In addition to the large sun terrace overlooking the secluded garden, this property – whose name means ‘hill of the sprite' – also benefits from a huge roof terrace giving day-long sun, together with magnificent views of the mountains that dominate this most beautiful stretch of coast. Please note that the roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the upstairs terrace.

There are air-conditioning units (cooling/heating) in the two upstairs bedrooms and in the kitchen/living area. Use of the air-conditioning is included in the price in July and August and at other times there is a £20 per week extra charge if it is required.
