Villa Suero is a recently built holiday villa with private pool in the heart of Nerja - and just 7 minutes walk from Burriana Beach!
Contemporary design, fixtures and fittings provide a holiday home of high quality incorporating air conditioning / heating units in all rooms, solar water heating, thermal and noise insulation, PVC windows, fitted wardrobes etc.

Villa Suero has access from the road with parking for one vehicle within the grounds. On the first floor is a twin bedroom and separate shower room and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. Kitchens are of modern design with full equipment of hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, stone worktops etc. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing and further terraces surround the private pool (4 x 4.1 metres and 1.4 - 1.6 metres depth) where there are also sun loungers.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. The master bedroom has patio doors onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and has views of the town. On this terrace is a spiral staircase leading up to a roof terrace from which there are wonderful views of the town and surrounding areas.
