Villa Valeria is a recently built holiday villa with private pool in the centre of Nerja and near to all beaches.

Contemporary design and fixtures and fittings provide a holiday home of high quality incorporating air conditioning / heating units throughout, solar water heating, thermal and noise insulation, PVC windows, fitted wardrobes etc.

Villa Valeria has parking for one vehicle within the grounds. To one side of the entrance hall is a twin bedroom and separate shower room with toilet and wash basin and to the other side one enters into the open plan living room/diner and kitchen area. The kitchen is of modern design and is fully-equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer etc. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading onto a covered terrace equipped with patio furniture for dining and relaxing al fresco. From here further terraces surround the private pool (4 x 4. 2 metres and 1. 4 - 1. 6 m depth) where there are lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.

Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the 1st floor where there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a terrace which overlooks the pool area and there is a spiral staircase which leads up to a roof terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and over the town.
